LeMans 1983. Mazda's first prototype race car handled awful. The Japanese engineers wouldn't alter anything the drivers needed. So the english drivers of #61 decided they would kill it in the race if the engineers wouldn't change anything. they hit all the kerbs, abused the gears. It...wouldn't...die! It's a shame really, i like the design! Something classic and simple about it. If only they put a splitter on it or even altered the toe in so it wouldn't hunt all over the place on the long straight it would have probably been a real joy to drive.

But the moment you need them to become reliable...
